Life Coaching Client Service Agreement


The client is committed to staying in effective and reasonable communication with the Life Coach. The client is committed to providing honest feedback to the Life Coach and to fully devoting himself to the Life Coach program and the corresponding services he is willing to offer. The client recognizes and understands that Life Coach services are an inclusive and comprehensive process that can delve into certain areas of the client`s personal life, including, but not limited to, client life, relationships, career, training, rest, fitness and finance. The client fully recognizes that it is his ultimate personal choice of how he decides to transform the services, techniques and advice of the Life Coach in his life.
